^aNucleotide diversities were calculated as θ = (s/n∑_^i=1k−1(1/i)), where k is the number of sampled chromosomes. Only 2034 SNPs, out of 2198 in total, are included in this analysis as the others reside in genomic regions that were represented by <50% of the samples.
