Genotype analyses for H63D and C282Y mutations in the human hemochromatosis gene by using the thermal gradient chip. Experimental details were as described in Fig. 5 with the exception that PCR products that encompassed the H63D and C282Y mutations were used with the indicated chip island temperatures. Numbers in brackets refer to the ratio of intensities of annealing of labeled targets to normal (red)/mutant (green) probe spots on the array.
