Relative expression across six strains for (A) all erythrocyte-specific genes and (B) all pancreas-specific genes exhibiting a suggestive difference in expression in at least 1 of the 11 comparisons performed. Expression levels were averaged across the two replicate experiments and converted to false color by use of the software TreeView (http://rana.lbl.gov/EisenSoftware.htm).
