[i] “Unresolved” indicates that the genotype data errors have been detected but have not been corrected in this cycle. “Final” indicates the data contributing to the final database in this cycle. In each cycle, the error detection mechanisms described in the text are used in the GenoDB. The Mendelian inheritance check is also performed in second, third, and fourth cycle, but not in first cycle. After four cycles, unsolved data are set as either missing data or mutation data, as described in the text.
