Dataset related to orthologous regulatory elements

• orthologous_elements contains the .bed files for predicted orthologous promoters, enhancers and primed enhancers given in the coordinate system of each of the 4 rodents. Identifiers in the 4th .bed column uniquely identifies orthologous regions across species.

• reads_density contains tables of normalized H3k27ac read densities for orthologous promoters and enhancers, for all biological replicates. The first column stores the unique ID of the orthologous element.
